Algo Fuego Policies

  1. Overview

    • The AlgoFuego Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by promoting AlgoFuego products and services. By joining the program, affiliates agree to comply with this Affiliate Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

  1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

    • To become an affiliate, you must complete the official registration process and provide accurate payment information. AlgoFuego reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

  1. Affiliate Links and Promotion

    • Once approved, affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link used to track referrals and sales. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities are honest, transparent, and do not misrepresent AlgoFuego, its brand, or its products.
      Affiliates must:

      • Use the AlgoFuego brand name exactly as provided ("AlgoFuego").
      • Refrain from altering product names, logos, or branding materials.
      • Avoid false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.

  1. Commission Structure

    • Affiliates earn a **40% recurring commission** on all qualifying purchases made through their affiliate link. Commissions recur monthly for as long as the referred customer remains an active, paying subscriber.

  1. Trial Period and Sales Approval


    • All new customer purchases are subject to a **30-day trial period**. During this period:

      • Commissions are marked as pending and are not eligible for payout.
      • If the customer requests a refund or cancels during the trial, the commission will be voided.

      A sale is considered approved only after the 30-day trial period has ended with no refund or chargeback.

  1. Payouts

    • Approved commissions are paid in cryptocurrency **USDT (TRC-20) on the TRON network**.

      Payouts are processed on a recurring basis for all approved commissions. Affiliates are responsible for providing a valid TRON-compatible USDT wallet address. AlgoFuego is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or invalid wallet addresses.

  1. Refunds and Chargebacks

    • If a customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback at any time, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance. AlgoFuego reserves the right to offset future commissions to recover refunded amounts.

  1. Prohibited Activities

    • Affiliates may not:

      • Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices.
      • Bid on AlgoFuego branded keywords for paid advertising without written permission.
      • Impersonate AlgoFuego or present themselves as employees or official representatives.
      • Use the affiliate program for illegal, unethical, or fraudulent purposes.

  1. Termination

    • AlgoFuego reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of this policy or for any activity deemed harmful to the company or its reputation. Upon termination, any unpaid or pending commissions may be forfeited.

  1. Policy Modifications

    • AlgoFuego may update or modify this Affiliate Policy at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
